Terms of Service

1. Products

All products sold on dejansoundkits are digital downloads (sound packs, presets, sample libraries). After a successful payment you receive a download link via email.

2. License — Standard

The Standard License grants personal and commercial use in your own music productions. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the raw files.

3. License — Extended

The Extended License grants additional rights including licensing your finished music to third parties and sync licensing.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT.

Right of Withdrawal

As digital goods are provided immediately upon purchase, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the download begins, in accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB.

If you have not yet downloaded your files you may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at dejansoundkits@gmail.com with your order number and we will process the refund promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are digital downloads — there is no physical shipping. After a successful payment you will receive a download link via email, typically within seconds.

If you experience any issues with your download link please contact dejansoundkits@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
